We rented a van from the city and took a 20 minute ride to the wharf. The good thing is that they have a regulated boat rental system that saves you a lot of time.
Lulubog Lilitaw Island or commonly known as Luli is one of the famous islands in Honda Bay for island hopping tours. Luli is actually composed of three sandbars. Luli Island is famous among tourists because it is the only island in the area the sinks and rises with the tide. So, if you want to see it, you’d have to make sure to go there during low tide. If not, you’ll only be seeing the infrastructures in the island, which would seem like they are floating during high tide. This is part of the Honda Bay where powdery cream colored sand and clear emerald waters perfect for swimming and beach bumming.
